I've been a member for many years of a short story writing group tutored by the brilliant Colin Mortimer. Now left to our own devices, we've published an anthology of our work, "Pulling At Threads," to be launched on November 7. The  profits will go to  the homeless charity Streetwork for its library and creative writing group. The Auld Reekie Scrievers are: Lesley Henderson; Norma Hurley, Andrew Licudi, Liz Logie MacIver, Chester Simpson, Sherri Underwood, Judith Wall, Gerry Webber and Olga Wojtas. The collection was edited by Gordon Lawrie of Dean Park Press
